Windows 10: Windows gives me black screen

Im with windows 11 and when i try to focus in one app it goes black for a second and my laptop freezes, after that second it goes back but its very annoying since it happens with every app, even with windows modules as the search bar, i try to open chrome, black screen and freeze for 1 second and its back what i can do about this??also i would like to downgrade to W10 since the 11 doesent go very well with my pcive got an Intel core i7-8550U with an nvidia MX130 with 16gb ram on it.i can give more details if needed, thanks
