Windows 10: Windows goes to sleep after 5 minutes

So recently my computer has started to go to sleep after about 5 minutes of inactivity. I've looked everywhere and have tried everything but nothing seems to work. Here's a list of what I've tried.

• Running troubleshooting on power settings.
• Running regedit and going to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\PowerSettings\238C9FA8-0AAD-41ED-83F4-97BE242C8F20\7bc4a2f9-d8fc-4469-b07b-33eb785aaca0 and changing the attributes to 2. Then going into the advanced power setting and changing the Sleep unattended sleep timeout from 2 minutes to 60.
• Resetting power settings to default.
• Changing the power and sleep buttons to do nothing.
• Unplugging all USB devices.
• Changing the screensaver to 60 minutes even though I don't have a screensaver.
• Changing power setting to high performance.

If anyone has any other solutions I would greatly appreciate the help.

System goes to sleep after 5 minutes

My HP laptop goes into sleep mode after 5 minutes, even when plugged in. In settings the screen is set to go off in 30 minutes and it is set to sleep after 5 hours when plugged in.

Your PC might be set to sleep once it is idle for 5mins. For you to adjust this setting, we suggest looking into the
Power Options advanced settings. Follow these steps:

• Open Control Panel and click on Power Options.
• On your Preferred plans, click Change plan settings.
• Click Change advanced power settings.
• Expand Sleep and System unattended sleep timeout.
• Set how many minutes you want your system to be left idle before it goes to sleep.
