Windows 10: Windows got heavy software damage

How did windows even boot then? I have an hhd and all specs are in the link I mentioned, somehow it boots, barely works, but I have acces to files, due to kali live usb drive, I don't think it's the hhd drives fault, it reads well in kali, meaning windows broken, update: after a long wait from boot time, stats are n

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Thank you for keeping us posted with the results.

At this point, I suggest you to deploy the DISM command lines and check if it helps to restore the system files from the repository to replace any missing/damaged files. Follow the below steps.

• 
  Open command prompt by pressing Windows key + X and selecting “Command prompt admin”.
  
• 
  In command prompt, type the following commands and press Enter after each command:
  

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

• 
  Close the command prompt and restart the PC and check if it works.
