Windows 10: Windows got suddenly slow woth the ssd at 100% usage

Hello, today i was using my computer. I was playing a game, then the game freezed, it just closed, the taskbar became dark, it ended up on a black screen, i turned off the computer and then i turned it on. It booted up fast As usual but then it got Alarmingly slow. The searchbar doesnt work, the system itself is very slow

Important info that might help

-Windows is installed on a ssd m.2

-When i checked the task manager it showed up that the ssd was working at its 100% but windows is still slow

-the computer have the ssd were windows its installed and the hdd were i save other stuff

100% Disk Usage on one of two SSD's, Windows is slow at opening programs/running

Been having this issue for a while now.

A lot of things are slow, like searching in the windows taskbar and opening programs. Sometimes I will be playing a game and the game will lag, my disk usage on my main SSD will spike up to 100%, and then it will go back down and my game will continue playing.
This is true for chrome, windows explorer, etc.

I ran a Windows Performance Recorder and ran it while opening a bunch of programs to try to recreate the issue.

Things I have tried

• Disabling Superfetch
• Disabling Windows Search
• (Others I'm sure I've forgotten by this point)

 

Phone usage at 100%

My Lumia Icon (verizon) suddenly started draining the battery rather quickly.

I investigated by going to Battery Saver and checking the usage. It shows the phone usage at 100%.

I realize this isn't much information but any suggestions?

 

Disk Usage at 100% with nothing running

My PC is running Windows 10 with the latest updates but has suddenly become unusable with disk usage staying at 100% even with nothing running and just the same processes listed in Task Manager as before the problems
started. I've tried a few suggestions found in online forums - disabling Windows Search and Superfetch, adjusting page file size, etc. but nothing has done the trick yet. I don't have any outside anti-virus software installed. I read about the potential MSI
issue but don't have IDE ATA/ATAPI Controllers listed in the Device Manager. Finally, it seems to boot up normally and will have periods where the disk usage drops and it's usable but those moments are brief and it inevitably goes back up to 100% usage.
