    Windows Graphics Crash - nvlddmkm.sys/dxgknl.sys BSOD - Video_TDR_failure


    I've been having this crash for a while, but about three weeks ago it got much more frequent. Anytime I try to play a game or at seemingly random times, I will get a BSOD stating that nvlddmkm.sys has failed. I hadn't installed any updates recently to cause it, and I've tried many, many troubleshooting steps from various websites. Most recommend rolling back the graphics driver or Windows updates, but doing so hasn't helped any. I've tried completely uninstalling the graphics driver using DDU and doing a clean install, updating BIOS, chipset, firmware. I've even tried installing Windows 8.1, but the crash is always still present.


    I'm using

    Windows 10 Version 1803 OS Build 17134.191

    NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070

    Intel HD Graphics 530 (built into the processor)


    If any further information is required, please ask.

    I will attach the .dmp files as soon as I figure out how to.

    My Dell computer with Windows 10 crashes frequently, displaying Video_TDR_Failure (igdkmd64.sys). When the computer restarts the clock always indicates 1 hour earlier than before the crash. What is the problem?

    I tried the fix above and it only worked for a day then the same video_tdr_failure igdkmd64.sys appeared and restarted my pc. I have an Intel HD 4400 Graphics on my pc.

    Anyone have any other suggestions?

    I have already tried to install the newest versions of the video card from Intel which did not work.

    Hello,

    I was recently updating my laptop from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, and i always get a BSOD with VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (igdkmd64.sys) and VIDEO_SHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR on it. I need to run Minecraft servers on my laptop and keep them online but that doesn't work
    out with that frustrating error.

    It also crashes when i'm playing minecraft for about 10 minutes.

    Please help me.

    PS: I have a Intel(R) HD Graphics Family card with the lastest driver update
