Windows 10: Windows + H wouldn't launch voice typing

Voice access works just fine but I can't launch voice typing. I already have microphone turned on. It was working normally until one day it stopped.

My voice typing (Windows + H) is not working. It says that it requires an internet connection. I am connected to the Internet. How can I fix this issue?

I just read an article in the new Linux magazine on the use of Ramdisks. Using those as a file system can drastically speed up read and write performance. That would be a cool feature to build in the OS of mobile phones that hold a memory card anyway, wouldn´t
it. Then saving a large Excel sheet wouldn´t take ages as it does now (on my E61 anyway), but just a few seconds...

Are there any other voices for Narrator in the Ease of Access in Windows 10?

  Type narrator in the search bar and press enter.
  
• 
  Click on voices
  
• 
  And select find other voices that work with Narrator.
