    Windows HA/Cluster printing Azure


    Hi All, I`m looking to set up HA/Cluster printing on Windows servers in Azure, I understand MS have now deprecated Windows printing clustering. I`ve reviewed the option to configure the printer spooler service within Windows Clustering which would switch between servers in the spooler job stops on one server. Is it possible to have the same printer/queue on two separate printers which can be shared to the end user, or is it only possible to share a printer from directly on one server? If server A primary goes down users would need to reprint onto server B secondary? Thanks,Scott

    Perform Upgrade of Windows Cluster & SQL Cluster from 2008 R2 to 2012 R2

    I am looking to perform Upgrade of Windows cluster on which SQL cluster is running 2008 R2 and i have to upgrade the OS to 2012 R2.

    Please can some one suggest or share some step by step guide which i can refer.

    Printers in Active Directory vs High Availability

    I guess a better way to word it would be this. Our discussion is this, if we list all our printers on AD in essence it would allow users to connect directly to printer. Its being suggested by one of our guys that there would be no need for print servers if
    that is the case and creating a HA cluster would be pointless.
