Windows 10: Windows Hang

I’m very confusedOver the course of the past several months, Windows has hung after boot after every power-on. Windows will load, let me log in, and then nothing Microsoft will load for me, taskbar apps will not show on the taskbar taskbar is blank, and none of my startup apps will load. Mouse will still move, and all other apps will work.I have done everything I’ve known to think of to fix the issue. I’ve replaced my motherboard from an MSI x470 to a Asus Strix B550, I’ve replaced my processor from a Ryzen 5 3600 to a Ryzen 7 5800x. I’ve replaced my storage drive from a Sata connected 1 TB

Windows Update suddenly hangs?

Windows Update is suddenly hanging for some reason... I went and downloaded and installed the first bunch of updates, restarted when asked, and now when I go back to windows update I just get the window with a white box forever. Reboot and it still does it. This happens to be on my main machine, running windows 7.

I've also noticed when I reboot it says configuring windows update, step 3 of 3, 47%. Maybe it somehow skipped something and is screwed forever?

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
