Windows 10: Windows hangs right at startup.

I started Windows 10 and I got an error message when the startup screen shows that a service file is accessing a bad memory and I clicked OK to shut it down. I get that same error after I log in. Then the desktop shows without the icons at the bottom bar. Then whenever the icons at the bottom bar of the desktop shows, the screen would turn black and show the desktop again without the icons in the icon bar. It would repeat this cycle repeatedly.


I tried restarting, and this time the error message doesn't show, but the cycle starts again, of showing the desktop without the icons, then showing the icons, then the screen turn black.


What should I do?


I think that service file that gave an error doesn't start and causes Windows to not load up completely and tries to run that service file again and goes this way in a cycle. Is there a way for me to copy the service file in another location and tell Windows to run that new copy of the service file instead of the original copy?

To resolve your concern, please follow the steps below:

• Boot the computer normally.
• While on boot, click the power button to force shutdown the computer.
• Repeat steps 1 and 2 three times to get the Automatic Repair option.
• Select Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
• When the computer reboots and the Startup Settings menu appears, press
  4 for Safe Mode.
• Right click the taskbar, select Task Manager and click on
  More details.
• Select Startup tab, right click on autoloaders and select
  Disable.
• Restart the computer.

To Enable Safe Mode with Networking, follow the steps below:

• Boot the computer normally.
• While on boot, click the power button to force shutdown the computer.
• Repeat steps 1 and 2 three times to get the Automatic Repair option.
• Select Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
• When the computer reboots and the Startup Settings menu appears, press
  5 to select Enable Safe Mode with Networking.
• Enter your username and password to restart Windows in Safe Mode with Networking.
