    Windows has crashed and won't restart


    I bought a new pc about 4 months ago. A couple of weeks ago it switched itself off. Since then it has been unable to restart. It goes through the automatic repair which doesnt work and then comes up with the options to restart the pc again which takes me to the same place or to click on advanced options. For all of the advanced options it requires an admin password to either reset to a previous point or to reinstall windows. I don't have this admin password and as I can't get on to the computer I can't reset this password.


    The place I bought the pc from haven't been very helpful and I'm starting to feel like I've just wasted over £1000 on buying the machine

    Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!

    Ok...

    After update my Windows 10 to 17063.1000 build, skype won´t work...

    It open, but if I Start my conversasion with camera, file share or screen share, it crash...

    If I try to uninstall anda install again, I give an error...

    Any workaround to solve this issue??
