Windows 10: Windows has decided that it won't work

    Windows has decided that it won't work


    Problem: Hey there I am having some issues with Windows right now and it is genuinely making me want to destroy my pc my registry has been corrupted which means I can't open any windows app (reg,command or anything else What I tried: I have tried doing a fresh reset on the pc but it keeps falling and cancelling the restore I have also tried downloading windows on an usb and booting from it but I am stuck on an orange screen with white stripes any idea of how I could fix this ?

    The error I get is " The system could not find the environment option that was entered "

    after latest update my phone lost his network and won t work...several times restart by himself...also wi-fi tile won t work
