    Dear Community Members, Here I am sharing some alarming issues, that I have been through for the last more than a month time as well as seeking help in this regard. Here are some points showing what happened:1. Background: The Laptop I have is Dell Lattitude 5580 that I have bought in used condition. Windows 10 Pro is registered with the machine hardware. I was trying to install clean windows without drivers that lead to creation of persistent, dynamic virtual devices.2. BIOS Modification:After trying hard, applying different techniques including using:i. Ubunto Live,ii. Toshiba Secure Erase U

    1909 has a BIOS firmware update feature built into the Device Manager

    Your analysis fails at the first step. It is not a Bios update feature. You know that because several posters have reported different version numbers for the Device manager, Firmware entry and their Bios.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    Firmware update or hyper-v causes automatic repair loop everytime

    Microsoft does not upgrade BIOS firmware you have to install the BIOS firmware from your computer manufacturer website.

    Use the following steps to enable Hyper-V on Windows 10:

    • Open Control Panel.
    • Click on Programs.
    • Click on Turn Windows features on or off.
    • Check the Hyper-V option making sure: Hyper-V Management Tools and Hyper-V Platform are also selected.
    • Click OK to begin the process.
