Windows 10: Windows has no internet when a device connected to windows hotspot

If I turn windows mobile hotspot on, it has no problem. But when a device is connected to windows hotspot, suddenly I can't access the internet on my PC although windows shows "internet access" on my internet symbol. This also happened to my friends on both windows 10 and 11.Additional question:Why do I need to turn on airplane mode on my phone to access the internet through windows hotspot? If I don't turn airplane mode off, it shows "connected with no internet" on my phone.

No internet using Windows 10 Hotspot feature

Hello,
I’m experiencing an issue with the mobile Hotspot feature on Windows 10 (latest version 2H20).
I want to share my Ethernet or cellular connection (modem within my Elitebook) via wireless to smartphone and else.
When I turn on the hotspot, I’m able to connect my devices to it without issues, the IP lease is valid and obtained correctly. On the network panel it’s showed internet connectivity on the Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct Virtual adapter, but unfortunately no internet connection on any connected device.
I tried to reinstall all the device adapters with no luck, disabled firewall and AVG but still no luck. The issue seems to be present since 10 days and before I remember to be able to use the hotspot without issues.
Any suggestion or advices?

Wi-fi hotspot gives no internet connection to connected devices

Setting up a hotspot on my asus laptop running windows 10 ,doesn't give the connected devices internet connection.I've tried netsh int ip reset,but with no results.All the drivers are updated.The windows mobile hotspot function says "We can't set up a hotspot because your PC doesn't have an Ethernet,wifi or cellular data connection."
