    windows has spinning wheel in start up mode and it was showing me login but no users then...


    Window 10 was running 2004 it just did update and they I got the to picture but no user login. I rebooted and then it when into a update screen and it said Getting windows ready don't turn of your computer. I not able to get it go into any mode safe mode it just spin with same window.

    Windows 10 starts up with no spinning wheel

    PLEASE HELP! Whenever I start up my laptop, it shows the HP logo, and no spinning wheel. It turns black after a few settings, making a noise that sounds like the PC restarted. Then it shows the HP logo with no spinning wheel again, then again, etc. I think
    it is in a loop, but I don't know how to fix it. PLEASE HELP!
