Hi,

If you can't sign in to Windows, you need to perform a system restore in the Windows Recovery Environment. Here's how:

Step 1: From the Windows sign-in screen, select Power Power icon.

Step 2: Hold down the Shift key and the Alt key and select Restart.

Step 3: On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot.

Step 4: Select Reset this PC.

Step 5: Select Keep my files or Remove everything.
