    Windows randomly crashes and freezes, I checked the details of the crash and its says "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000133 0x0000000000000001, 0x0000000000001e00, 0xfffff80714efb320, 0x0000000000000000. A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP.     Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
