Windows 10: Windows Hello defaults to fingerprint reader instead of camera/face

I have a laptop with both face and fingerprint unlock set up for Windows Hello. When I go to log in, it's correctly trying to do a face identification as soon as I wake the computer without any additional input required. However, if I need to authenticate Windows Hello for any other reason e.g. viewing saved passwords in Edge, it defaults to the fingerprint reader and I have to manually select the camera. At that point, it's faster if I just use my fingerprint.Is there a way to make sure Windows Hello uses the camera other than disabling the fingerprint unlock entirely?

Windows Hello Face/Fingerprint

The Windows Hello Face/Fingerprint feature was working on my HP Envy and now it is not working and it says that my laptop camera/fingerprint scanner is not compatible, when it was working less than 12 hours ago. When I look into how to reconnect or find
Window Hello Fingerprint/Face biometrics the only help I get is to the Windows 10 sign-in options.
I need to know how and were to find the Windows Hello Face/fingerprint biometrics management settings that is not in the sign-in options, but is how to re-download it or check it's compatibility status with my laptop.

Windows Hello not available with Digital Persona Fingerprint Reader

I think writing in community comes to an end. Long time written that Digital Persona UrU 4500 fingerprint reader supported by Windows Hello or not. Got lot of suggestions and followed. Recently Microsoft has changed the compatibility portal with it's own
products. There is no place for other brands. Previously this fingerprint reader showed in the same portal as a windows 10 compatible device. Recently I am on Insider Preview Build 10565 from stable Build 10240. But this major issue not fixed after following
all necessary steps.
I think Lock Screen is related with Hello. Defaults pictures & Windows Spotlight Pictures showing & changing fine. But no lock screen with pictures coming after hitting lock button or win+L. Only as usual password or PIN lock screen coming. I don't know
these two problem will fix or not.
1. DISM.exe result fine.
2. sfc/scannow is OK. etc.
