Windows 10: Windows Hello doesn't recognize face in 60% of cases

    Windows Hello doesn't recognize face in 60% of cases


    This is really annoying. It probably has to do with the back lighting in my office, but this is something I cannot change.


    So here's what Microsoft needs to do:

    (1) either improve facial recognition in more settings,

    (2) make it faster to allow the user to enter their pin.


    Seriously, (2) shouldn't be hard to implement. Pop up the pin field after the stroke of any key. Why do I have to click "sign-in options" and then click on "pin". The whole point of Windows hello is to make sign-in faster not 100 times slower.

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
