Windows 10: 'Windows Hello' doesn't work, Camera doesn't seem to be working either?

So my Windows Hello facial recognition hasn't worked for a few weeks, and I recently noticed that the infrared light that turns on next to the camera no longer turns on. I tried the 'improve facial recognition' option but that just displays a blank window when I do so...


I opened my camera app when I noticed these things, and it doesn't work either; the camera window is just a black screen.

I troubleshooted with making sure my drivers were up to date but they were, issue hasn't resolved itself.

Fairly certain that the camera hasn't sustained any physical damage but it just doesn't turn on/work.


Any ideas to help me? Thanks in advance.

Camera N96 doesn´t work

When I press the camera button to take a picture the phone says. "Camera: the function doesn´t exits" in swedish "Kamera: Funktionen stöds inte."



And I can´t send mms either but the phone is set up properly. It´s like it missing softwear to work, i have no usb cable and the Nokia softwear updater seems to only work with the usb cable instead of bluetooth. I have reasently format the harddrive and
there is a 64 mb memorycard in the phone.



any ideas?

 

Double Tap doesn`t work on Lumia 620

Double Tap to wake doesn`t work at my Lumia 620. I have all on in settings but still doesn`t work. I`m pretty sure that in update AMBER or BLACK this function works properly. But after DENIM update doesn`t. Maybe you are planning some update for this future
?
