Windows 10: windows hello error

Hi everyone, I need help with this. Basically I reinstalled windows with the option to keep all my files and now windows security asks me to set up windows hello, I followed all the steps but something is wrong because when I finish it keeps telling me that I need set up windows hello. When I try to setup windows hello it asks me to log in to an educational or work account, I did it and when I finish it asks me again to set up windows hello. It's an endless loop Every time I start Windows it asks me for the PIN to start but then in the settings it doesn't let me change it because I have to

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

To resolve this camera issue for your Windows Hello, we suggest that you run Hardware and Device troubleshooter. Refer to the following steps:

• Click on 'search' and select 'settings' and type 'Troubleshooting' and select 'Troubleshooting'
• Click on 'Hardware and Sound' and select 'Hardware and 'Devices' and click on next to run the troubleshooter.
