    Hello! My Windows Hello Fingerprint has been working fine for the past few years I've had my Windows device, but it suddenly stopped working. Whenever I try to use it, the system shows me "Something went wrong on our end. Please try again later."I tried following the solutions from Microsoft Office Support for reference, it was to 1. disable and re-enable the fingerprint scanner, 2. check for updates for the fingerprint scanner, 3. check power management settings, 4. restart services, but still nothing. Their last solution was to "manually download and install drivers for your fingerprint sc

    Windows Hello Fingerprint not working

    This is still not working after doing all those steps, please help after the Windows update it stopped working and it says the following : we couldn't find a fingerprint scanner compatible with windows hello fingerprint.

    After taking all the steps you suggested on here it says i have the latest update.

    I have same issue with my laptop HP DV6 Pavilion.WIndows hello finger print setup is not working even after this above solution .When i setup finger print sensor i recieve error something went wrong.
