Windows 10: Windows Hello fingerprint recognition unavailable

This Option is currently unavailable. I cannot remove this option to set it up again. Face recognition does not work either, tried setting that up as well and says something went wrong. I went through the device manager and not sure why I don't have a driver for fingerprint reader anymore. My laptop is a samsung and the fingerprint reader is embedded is the keyboard. 3 days ago it was working fine and now I cannot sign in with any Hello feature other than PIN. Please help. in case these are needed.

Windows Hello fingerprint recognition

My laptop got a fingerprint scanner, but I can't use it to sign in. This is what it says in the settings: "There is no fingerprint scanner that is compatible with the Windows Hello fingerprint recognition." What can I do?

My make is the Hp Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ap0xx

I tried to remove the Windows Hello Face and Fingerprint under Settings, but there is no option for "Remove". For the Face Recognition, the Remove button is there, but I can't press it. For the Fingerprint, the only option is "Set Up", and I also can't click
that.

I also went on Device Manager. Under "Biometrics", I removed the Fingerprint and Facial Recognition. However, when I rebooted the computer and pressed "Scan for Hardware Changes", only the Fingerprint Reader was restored, and I can't find the Facial Recognition
anywhere.
