Windows 10: Windows Hello is not working

I have a hp pc with windows 10 1909 version. As we know windows 10 has face lock facility regarding windows hello. Whenever I tap it, it says, We couldn't find a camera compatible with Windows Hello. I have Logitech HD Webcam C270 installed and working properly.

Please can anyone tell me what can I do?

• Is there an error message displayed when using Windows Hello?

• Click the Start button and select the Settings

• Choose Accounts from the list.
• Select Sign-in options in the left pane of the window.
