Windows 10: Windows Hello is preventing some options from being shown "If you've been away, when should...

I have an Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 2021 and I use Windows insider preview OS Build 22631.2271.My problem is whenever my screen turns off, I'm required to enter a PIN every single time.I tried to change the option but it's greyed out and I don't know why. I want my screen timeout to be at 1 minute but unlocked whenever it times out.My best guess is that I added my work account and a policy is what's in place.I need help.

The previous update you installed could be the cause as to why you encounter this issue. Since this thread was already posted for a while now, we want to know if this issue still persists or is it already been resolved?

My windows hello stopped working after just a couple days on my brand new surface laptop. I get the message in red: "windows hello is preventing some options from being shown" when I go to settings to try to set it back up.

Any suggestions?

Windows Hello preventing options on requiring sign-in

I got a new Lenovo laptop computer and it was working great but the last month or so it requires me to login every time I step away...I used to have it set for a longer time iirc because it's in a home setting, but when I go to Sign-in options now it tells me:

"Windows Hello is preventing some options from being shown." (screen capture attached)

(and it's stuck on "Every Time").

Is there any way to fix this? Thanks in advance.
