Windows 10: Windows hello not starting up after sleep

I have got a Microsoft surface laptop two Camera drivers have been downgraded to 2018 which work better than the latest to log in with helloI have gone through local policy group editor and engabled the biometrics options What seems to work well is when i go to services app and put windows biometrics into manual mode rather than automatic but this setting doesnt save and is changed back to automatic after a restart So does anyone know how to make sure the services app doesnt change back to automatic for windows biometerics because that is the only fix i have got the latest windows 10 version o

Display will not sleep.

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Click on Start>Settings>System.
• In the left navigation pane, click on Power & sleep.
• In the right pane, select the time limit for the system to go to sleep from the drop down list.

No Sleep Option After Upgraded to Windows 10

I suggest you to use the following steps to adjust the settings for when your display will power off and when your computer will go to sleep:

• Click the Start
  
  menu and select
  Settings.
• Click System.
• Click Power and sleep.
• Choose your desired Screen and Sleep settings.
• Click the X in the top right corner to close the window and save your changes.

After Windows 10 Anniversary Update Computer Not Sleeping

Hello.

Does disabling the HID-Complaint Touch Screen driver resolves the issue? If yes, we suggest that you disable it and see if your device go into Sleep mode after a period of inactivity.

We also suggest to check if the settings of the Power Options of your device are set so that the device will go into Sleep mode after a period of time. You may follow the steps below to check is Sleep mode is enabled on your device:

• Press the Windows button + X, then click on
  Power Options.
• Click Change when the computer
  sleeps.
• Change the settings to your preferred settings.
