    Windows hello not unlocking PC in dark conditions


    My laptop's windows hello feature has been a headache for a while now. Every once in a while the windows hello messes up and doesn't recognise my face in the dark anymore, despite the IR lights illuminating. The only fix ive found is to reset my PC but i can't keep doing that every time i want to use windows hello. I'm also finding it increasingly unreliable in light conditions, but still works sometimes. I have an Asus Vivobook S531FA.

    Hi,

    To help you with your concern about unlocking the Dark Souls PTD Zero Day Protection, kindly follow the steps below:

    • First uninstall and reinstall the game. You may refer to this
      link      , for the steps.
    • After installing, open the Dark Souls folder in Explorer. On Windows 7 64-bit the default installation folder is “C:\Program Files (x86)\NAMCO BANDAI Games\DarkSouls”.
    • Go into the Zdp folder and run Zdp.exe.

    DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

    Outdated device drivers and software conflicts are some of the reasons why your Windows Hello facial unlock won't work. For our initial troubleshooting steps, I suggest installing the latest
    Windows Hello camera driver from the manufacturer's website. Once done, set it up again by following the steps on this
    link.
