Windows 10: Windows Hello not working on ANY Windows 11 system

I have a PIN setup in my Windows 10 system and my Windows 8.1 system. I am junking my W8.1 system and bought a WIndows 11 laptop. I attempted to setup the Windows hello and I get the "something went wrong" error. I reset my laptop to factory settings and still the same thing. I tested on my friends Windows 11 system by adding my account to their system. I got the same error. So the issue is not with the laptop. It follows my wherever I try to setup Hello Windows on a Windows 11 system. I also had a friend add their account to my new laptop and Windows Hello worked. What is wrong with

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
