Windows 10: Windows hello not working

So we are rolling out MFA using hello and interactive logons set to lock the workstation. So far I have rolled it out to about 15 assets, 4 of which dont work meaning when i pull the card it doesn't lock.I have tried what i think is everything except wiping the box. I have checked the registry the settings are correct, gpudate /force, i have removed, restarted and tried again. When i run rsop and scroll through to the setting it says not configured.Clearly its configured as i cant login inot the box w out the pin.any info would be great.

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

 

My hello sign in stopped working.

• Were there any changes made on your computer prior to the issue (e.g. updates, software installation)?
• To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what specific troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
