Windows 10: Windows Hello options reordering

Hello there. I need help with something. I want my windows hello PIN Method as the default method to sign in; but no matter what I do, the default method always is the one with facial recognition.I already have removed every method, and after that i allow the pin method first. But after i configure face recognition, that one always comes first.Is there any configuration to make the PIN method as the first one?Thank you in advance.

Sign-in options reordering

For the Sign-in options, there is no direct way to reorder it.

Still, you can use the sample workaround below.

1. Press the Windows key + I to open the Settings app.

2.Click on Accounts.

3. Select Sign-in options from the left-hand menu.

4. Under the Manage how you sign in to your device section, click on Windows Hello Face, then click on Remove.

5. Repeat step 4 for PIN and Password.

6. Once all three options have been removed, click on Add under the Manage how you sign in to your device section.

7. Select Windows Hello Face, then follow the prompts to set up your Windows Hello Face. Then same thing for password and PIN

The suggestion that you've shared is great. I would suggest to submit feedback to the support engineer team so that they can add this in the future releases.

Program to reorder+rename windows of a single program on the taskbar?

The Windows Taskbar is terribly limited in it's functionality for organizing windows and/or tabs and their placement not to mention their restoration!

Consider a program such as Stardock Groups...













and, for Explorer... QTTabBar...





A session manager, as aforementioned, is also suggested for browser sessions.

 

Windows 11 Widget for Watchlist Movers Won't Allow Stocks to be Sorted by Name or Reordered

After adding my stock symbols to the Windows 11 "Watchlist Movers" Widget, I can't sort them or reorder them.

When I click on "Go To The Watchlist" at the bottom of the widget, it takes me to "My Watchlist at Microsoft Start" which allows me to manage my list of stocks and manually reorder them in my primary Watchlist. However, the reordered list in "My Watchlist at Microsoft Start" is not transferred over to my Windows 11 "Watchlist Movers" Widget.

So, back to my original issue, is there any way to sort or reorder the stock symbols in the Windows 11 "Watchlist Movers" Widget?
