Windows 10: Windows Hello options stopped working

I am running Window 11 Home version 23H2 on an HP Envy 11th Gen IntelR CoreTM i7-1195G7After a system update a few weeks ago, fingerprint sign in - which is what I had been using to log in the whole time I've had this laptop - stopped working. It now says Windows Hello options are not available. I now have to type my passcode every time. I searched and saw other people saying they are having this problem, and I tried the suggestions in this post which were unsuccessful. I replied twice to the thread and have received no assistance, so I am making a new post hoping I can get help.

• Are you pertaining on Windows Hello sign-in? If yes, does it mean that the facial recognition is not working?
• Is there an error message displayed when using Windows Hello?

• Choose Accounts from the list.

Windows Hello Fingerprint not working

This is still not working after doing all those steps, please help after the Windows update it stopped working and it says the following : we couldn't find a fingerprint scanner compatible with windows hello fingerprint.

After taking all the steps you suggested on here it says i have the latest update.

 

Windows Hello does not work

Windows Hello Issue was solved after updating driver. But Again this driver update failed. It now shows that yellow triangle and Hello stopped working. Any suggestion?
