Windows 10: Windows Hello Pin wrong username

Hi, We are trying to login on a different PC using my microsoft account. I logged in using my email and password, but then it did ask for my windows hello pin to verify my identity. I have no clue what this pin is, if I even have set it up. So, I clicked forgot my pin and followed the instructions on my main pc. When I go to settings/account/sign in option, select windows hello pin and try to change or remove it. It shows my pc username but with /PC behind it. And each time I put in my password from my pc it says wrong username or password, while I know its correct.So, i searched online how

Windows Hello PIN Something went wrong. we weren't able to set up your pin.

Surface book2; I got this message "Windows Hello PIN Something went wrong. we weren't able to set up your pin. You can try again, or skip this step and set up PIN later" since 2 years ago until now. I looked through all the suggested like NGC file, DISM command, gpedit.msc, and more. I really don't want to reinstall everything because it will cause more problem and time.

please fix this problem.
