Windows 10: Windows hello preventing some options from being shown

Hello,I wanted to ask about how to solve this greyed out button shown in the photoThe computer was set to a user first let's say it's user A, this option was activeI created another user User B, this option was inactiveboth users were administratorsI copied local app data from User A to User B, then Deleted User A, leaving the computer with only one user user BThe option remained inactive.I tried to decrease user access control by 1 degree according to a suggestion from here https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/require-sign-in-option-in-windows-10-is-greyed-out/479b7fde-

The previous update you installed could be the cause as to why you encounter this issue. Since this thread was already posted for a while now, we want to know if this issue still persists or is it already been resolved?

My windows hello stopped working after just a couple days on my brand new surface laptop. I get the message in red: "windows hello is preventing some options from being shown" when I go to settings to try to set it back up.

Any suggestions?

Windows Hello preventing options on requiring sign-in

I got a new Lenovo laptop computer and it was working great but the last month or so it requires me to login every time I step away...I used to have it set for a longer time iirc because it's in a home setting, but when I go to Sign-in options now it tells me:

"Windows Hello is preventing some options from being shown." (screen capture attached)

(and it's stuck on "Every Time").

Is there any way to fix this? Thanks in advance.
