  1. Windows Hello resets every time I use MUX option or disable bitlocker

I am using Windows 11 and have an Asus laptop with a MUX switch that controls discrete graphics vs. graphics card. I frequently want to toggle this depending if I am on battery or laptop. The problem is that using MUX requires restarting in uncrypted Bitlocker. Each time I do this, Windows Hello fails and I have to set up a new pin. So to summarize, whenever I reboot Windows after changing encryption status on that boot, or Secure Login in Bios, Windows Hello fails and I need to recreate a pin number and face ID each time. How can this be fixed?

    :)

Windows 8.1 PRO unable to unlock Bitlocked drive

Can you take a screen shot of the bitlocker window?

Also, what happens when you highlight the drive in This PC and go to the Manage tab? There should be some bitlocker options there.

  3. Disabling BitLocker

Hello, I have an Asus t100 running Windows 10 and need to disable or remove BitLocker.

I have searched for the option to disable but have yet to find it. This includes going into Control Panel, Security; windows logo key+R to access device encryption; right clicking on the drive I want to disable BitLocker, etc.

The computer runs fine, I want to run Remix OS and BitLocker is making it impossible, and close to making my laptop into a Frisbee.

    Thank you for your time,

    Gary
