    Hello. My issue with Windows Hello is the following: every time I turn on the computer, a notification warns me that Windows Hello is not set up. However, I am confident that it is not the case. I log into the PC using a PIN, even though Windows Hello says I need to set it up so I can't change it. How can I resolve this?Recently, I had an issue with the PIN. Windows stated that it was no longer available, which forced me to perform a complete system restore.

    Hello Markku,

    The possible cause of this issue is an error or a change in settings in Group policy. You can fix this by following the steps below:

    Edit group policy on Server

    • Go to Policies > Administrative Templates
    • Windows Components > Biometrics> Facial Features

      "Use enhanced anti-spoofing when available" change 'Not Configured' to 'disabled'
