Windows 10: Windows Hello Settings shows 'Something went wrong. Try again later' for all sign in options.

I set up my sign-in options when I first got my laptop Windows 11, but now when I want to update the options, I am unable to.

Windows hello sign-in option problem

Sign in options (Windows hello), facial recognition, fingerprint and PIN are showing "something went wrong. Try again later."

I already tried a method stating Remove fingerprint, PIN then restart your computer. This method did not help and still shows the same statement

 

Windows hello option is not showing in settings

I would like to inform that Windows Hello is available in India.

This feature depends on the hardware configuration of the Computer.

I suggest you to update driver and firmware of the camera. After that you may follow the steps below and verify the result.

1. Go to Windows* 10 Settings.

2. Go to Accounts.

3. Now Sign In options and define PIN password.

Once defined it close and reopen Settings /Accounts/Sign-in options you will be able to see a Windows* Hello option.

Face sign in is missing in windows hello

As per your query, I suggest you to change the Sign In option and check if it helps.

To change Sign In option, follow the below steps.

• 
  Type Setting in the search area on the taskbar and select
  Settings.
  
• 
  Select Accounts.
  
• 
  Select Sign In option on the left panel.
