Windows 10: Windows Hello Sign In PIN Not Creating

Hello thereI am trying to create a PIN but once I finish creating the PIN, it says 'Something went wrong. We weren't able to set up your PIN. You can try again, or skip this step and set up a PIN later'I tried doing it again and again for at least 5 times and it still doesn't work. I looked at the forums on how to solve this issue but none of them were helpful or something went wrong in the process. I tried removing everything inside the Ngc file but one file {F53F231A-3668-4382-AE4D-E5BD146189EB} just cannot be deleted and I'm the administrator of this laptop. I even installed LockHunte

• Click the Add button for the PIN and set your PIN.

Remove sign in pin

I suggest you to follow the below steps to remove the sign in pin/password options.

• In the search box type sign-in-option.
• Click on the sign-in-option.
• Then you can find password/pin/picture password.
• There you can remove the option and check.

Can't create pin for login. Pin stopped working

To resolve your concern about creating pin to your computer, we suggest that you follow these steps:

• Navigate to C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\NGC (click to get permission when prompted).
• Delete the contents of that folder (delete everything in that folder, but leave that folder and everything above it).
• Go back to settings, accounts, sign in options.
• Your non-working pin will now be gone, and you can just click 'add a pin' and set it again.
