Windows 10: Windows Hello sign in problem

I am unable to sign in using windows hello , when I am trying to register face on hello it is saying that can't start the camera I have checked and my camera is working. I also checked updates in device manager and all drivers are already updated and my windows 10 is also updated. Please help !

As per your query, I suggest you to change the Sign In option and check if it helps.

To change Sign In option, follow the below steps.

• 
  Type Setting in the search area on the taskbar and select
  Settings.

  Select Accounts.
  
• 
  Select Sign In option on the left panel.

• Press Windows key + R and type Control Panel.
• Type troubleshooting in the search bar and click on
  Troubleshooting.
• Click on Hardware and Devices.
• Follow the steps from the wizard to run the troubleshooter.

If the troubleshooter can't identify the problem,
