Windows 10: Windows Hello suddenly stopped working - Surface Pro

Discus and support Windows Hello suddenly stopped working - Surface Pro in Windows Hello & Lockscreen to solve the problem; Can you someone advice me on how to get Windows Hello face recognition to work again?     Windows Hello suddenly stopped working - Surface Pro


    Can you someone advice me on how to get Windows Hello face recognition to work again? Suddenly stopped working and now I have to use a pin to sign in. Just a pain to be honest. Earlier I used my camera for the first time, not sure if that has anything to do with it...? Checked for updates, restarted, etc but still same. Any help appreciated.

    Windows Hello suddenly stopped working

    I´ve been using Windows Hello since i bought my surface pro 4 and after yesterdays update suddenly it stopped working.

    Now when i try to sign in it just says: "Couldn´t turn on the camera. Please sign in with your PIN"

    Facial Recognition problem on Surface Pro 4

    i have a problem with face recognition on my surface pro 4. i was working good but suddenly stopped working. i tried to setup it again but i couldnot locate window hello from sign in option list it suddenly disappeared
