Windows 10: Windows hello suddenly stopped working

I have an Inspiron 14 2 in 1 with Windows 11. Recently, all my windows hello options are "currently unavailable." I can still sign in using my pin but fingerprint and facial recognition don't work. I've tried disconnecting my school account and restarting my computer but that made no difference. I am up to date with all my windows and device updates so I'm really not sure what the issue is. I've restarted my computer countless times with no change.

I´ve been using Windows Hello since i bought my surface pro 4 and after yesterdays update suddenly it stopped working.

Now when i try to sign in it just says: "Couldn´t turn on the camera. Please sign in with your PIN"

Windows 10 "Left Alt + Shift" language input switch suddenly stop working. It used to work before.

There are a few reasons why "Left Alt + Shift" is suddenly stopped working on your computer. Since you mentioned that you already tried some troubleshooting steps, we suggest that you create a
Test Profile. From there, check if the issue occurs.

To create a user profile, follow these steps:

• Go to Settings. Click Accounts.
• Select Family & other people.
• Select the Add someone else to this PC tab.
• Name the user as Test.
• Leave the password field blank.
• Hit Next.
• Sign in as Test user.
