Windows 10: Windows Hello – Upside Down Camera Doesn’t Work – PLEASE HELP

Windows Hello won’t recognize my face when the camera is upside down. Recognition works fine when the camera is right-side-up.


I can't change the camera orientation. My Logitech Brio webcam is mounted upside down supporting an above-the-monitor extension-arm configuration.


I've tried:

• Removing Hello and setting it up from scratch.
• Used the "Improve Recognition" feature with the camera inverted. The facial recognition box never appears.
• Changing the default webcam settings. There’s no flip or roll option.

Any ideas? I miss Windows Hello. :

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Camera N96 doesn´t work

When I press the camera button to take a picture the phone says. "Camera: the function doesn´t exits" in swedish "Kamera: Funktionen stöds inte."



And I can´t send mms either but the phone is set up properly. It´s like it missing softwear to work, i have no usb cable and the Nokia softwear updater seems to only work with the usb cable instead of bluetooth. I have reasently format the harddrive and
there is a 64 mb memorycard in the phone.



any ideas?

 

Windows 10 Hello - Upside Down Camera Support?

I have a Logitech Brio webcam. Windows Hello works fine when the camera is mounted normally. However, because of my podcasting setup requirements, I need to mount the camera upside down. I'm unable to get Hello working when the camera is mounted upside down.

I've tried:

1) removing Hello and setting up from scratch

2) setting up Hello normally and then used the "Improve Recognition" feature with the camera inverted, but the facial recognition box never appears.

Is this supported? I read on another forum post that it was supported when inverted, but other searches reveal no other help or instructions.
