Windows 10: Windows Hello

I have just purchased a new desktop computer it has Windows 10 Home installed. How do I get Windows Hello to work? I have a message that says that 'the option is currently unavailable'.

I have the same operating system on my laptop and it has this feature enabled, I have followed the instructions on your help page and it won't work I am thinking that because I had the SSD size increased that the installer may not have installed this component. Is there a downloadable patch that I can install?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

To resolve this camera issue for your Windows Hello, we suggest that you run Hardware and Device troubleshooter. Refer to the following steps:

• Click on 'search' and select 'settings' and type 'Troubleshooting' and select 'Troubleshooting'
• Click on 'Hardware and Sound' and select 'Hardware and 'Devices' and click on next to run the troubleshooter.
