    Windows Hello


    On starting up my laptop I was greeted with Windows Hello installing. I now cannot log into my laptop, the box for entering PIN, etc does not appear. I have tried reset, but Windows will not enter my password, the password line remains firmly blank. I am unable to go to restore point because Windows wants my password which it refuse to enter. I do not want to lose my files, anyone any ideas please?
