Windows 10: Windows Hello

I have a Lenovo Yoga 2 in 1 laptop. Until recently I have been able to log in with my fingerprint or use facial recognition. But recently in the last few weeks it is only allowing me to use my pin to log in. I went into Windows Hello setup and it is telling me that it can't find a compatible fingerprint reader or camera. Yet my camera works and it worked until recently. How can I troubleshoot this?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

To resolve this camera issue for your Windows Hello, we suggest that you run Hardware and Device troubleshooter. Refer to the following steps:

• Click on 'search' and select 'settings' and type 'Troubleshooting' and select 'Troubleshooting'
• Click on 'Hardware and Sound' and select 'Hardware and 'Devices' and click on next to run the troubleshooter.
