Windows 10: windows hellow wont work properly

Discus and support windows hellow wont work properly in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; my windows hello won't allow me to access figure print recognition or facial recognition it just says "this option is unavailable" i tried updating it...     If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

    We suggest that you try to run Hardware and Device troubleshooter using the steps below:

    • Write Troubleshooting in the search box and hit enter.
    • Select the Hardware and Device options from the list.
    • Click Run the troubleshooter.
    We also suggest that you update the keyboard driver and check if it work.
