    Windows Help keeps showing up at bootup


    I have a fresh install of Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 17763) (17763.rs5_release.180914-1434) only about 5 days old.


    What irritates me is that the Windows Help is driving me up to the wall.

    Sometimes I boot up the computer and my browser won't even load it. Sometimes it gets aggressive and keeps opening a lot of tabs with the same link. Sometimes it's just one link like today.

    What have I tried and failed:

    Get tips (off)
    Start / Gear / System / Notifications & actions turned off (Get tips, and suggestions as you use Windows

    I thought, well it was opening a pile of tabs of Windows Help in Edge and you open Chrome and it did it on there too. Maybe something that started up with Windows is triggering it. So I set out to disable the F1 key.

    Turn off F1 Key From Opening Bing Search in Windows 10
    Regedit (doesn't work either)

    I then set out to disable all software from booting. Nope wouldn't work.
    I swapped keyboards just in case it could've been that. Nope.
    I can rule out any virus, it's 5 days old and I haven't sailed the sea's with black flags & keygens lol.

    I'm not sure what it is but it does it at random. Most of the time it boots without loading the browser and the annoying page.
    I want to permanently disable that nuisance. If I want help I know where to go as you can tell lol.    I'm just wondering if it's another one of those Microsoft classic update bugs!

    GPU-Z what command line parameter ?

    Suggestion: /? (-?) and /help (-help) command-line arguments to show a list of all possible arguments in a small window. *Smile Windows Help keeps showing up at bootup :)

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
