    Windows High Disk or CPU Usage causing screen freeze


    I am facing the issue of 100% disk usage even though it's just a few processesnot always using 0.1mbps. My laptop freezes randomly to the point where I can't do anything, not even move my mouse or keyboard. Btw these commands that I give during the freeze using mouse or keyboard do get registered because after 15-20 minutes when it unfreezes for a second I can see the change.Earlier when I wasn't aware of the problem, I assumed it was a high cpu issue. So to check that I opened a low resource consuming gameroblox but after 5 minutes of opening it, my screen froze again.One thing that was c

    after updating the wifi driver it seems that it's now normal.

    ntoskrnl.exe causing high cpu usage

    It is completely random when it causes high CPU usage. It dosen't (as far as I can see) take up much memory, it just causes high CPU usage.

    It spikes to about 20 - 90 % and stays like that for a second or so and causes my computer to freeze during that time. It can happen often, like every 5-10 minutes and sometimes it can go about 30 minutes. I do not recieve any error when this is happening.
