Windows 10: Windows Home to PRO issues

I bought a computer which had windows 10 on it, but I wanted windows 7, so I removed windows 10 and started to install my windows 7, only to find out that the computer hardwear wouldn't support usb sockets with windows 7, so half installed and no where to go, so I had to remove completely the half windows 7 then reformat my c: drive , I then HAD TO BUY a new copy of windows opted for WINDOWS PRO because the operating install disks didn't come with the computer and proceeded to install my new windows PRO I'd just bought which it did.... I then tried to put the product key code in to activate it and it said IT WAS NO GOOD... TRY ANOTHER NUMBER....why?, it came with the windows product I bought. I find that windows on my computer is windows HOME now.. it works fine, BUT ITS WINDOWS "HOME" NOT "PRO".. Ive PAID for the PRO version so WHY CANT I INSTALL IT ? and activate it with the product key code that came with it. this is crazy.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
