Windows 10: Windows Homes Back Please :

Yes to me it is great question. I am not super smart computer. I know computers. When trying to get Window Homes back from Window pro. I don't have windows pro or key. I want my When windows home ed back that came with my computer. I have trying to factory reset for hours and 3 days. It like Windows pro its stuck in my computer. It crazy I am sorry. Do simply just buy wins pro key to the headache away? I really dont what else to do I am not computers smarts. Forgive me so it frustrating

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
