Windows 10: Windows icon information

For 4 years I have changed the image for hundreds of folders to an icon to reflect the company associated with the contents of the folder. i.e. a folder containing Microsoft information displays with the Microsoft logo. This makes it easier for me to recognise at a glance.

I am looking to replace the PC, so all this folder information will be lost. Instead of me spending several hours re-doing them all; Is there a DLL or similar file which contains all this information, that I can copy and paste onto the new PC so they all display their respective icons? If so, where is it located and what is the file called?

I have tried switching on hidden items in folder properties to see if there is any file, but there is not.

Suggestion to have an option to change Notification Area icon this way too.
Suggestion to finally have proper separate Options window like most (all?) Windows programs do.

 

Remove Linux Desktop Icons

I am not sure whether this will work (Ubuntu does not have icons like that on the desktop by default), but I suggest opening the trash bin and sweeping the icons into the window showing the trash bin.
