Let me get to the point, this error only pops when I'm using apps that require either moderate or heavy resource usage, let me tell you today's incident while browsing on Chrome I had 3 tabs opened and in windows background was running an application called Ubisoft Connect just an app for installing games for like 2 minutes my PC was running great connected to charge not on battery but then the music from Chrome stopped and my screen ran into Green Screen error, it's really frustrating when you are in the middle of something and this error pops. My surface pro 4 was all good until today when I was trying to wake it up the green screen poped up with error message "your windows insider build ran into a problem and needs to restart," stop code of which is SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. After collecting
the error info surface restarted and ended up the same green screen. Funny thing is since I have two user accounts, I am able to open another account without a problem but not my main account.

I can enter safe mode but I wonder do I have to reset my surface or re-install windows to solve this problem? I have many apps and files and don't want to lose them all. Is there any other option I can try?
